You’ll now find all transfer information here. We’ll arrange bus transportation within Inari from your hotel to the venue and to the dinners. If you’re joining Airport transfers, make sure to double check, that you’ve updated this information also in Converve, thank you! 

Luggage: 
You may bring your luggage with you to Sajos in the morning on Thursday.

We’ve reserved your accommodation in Inari accordingly. You’ll find information about your accommodation in Converve under your personal dashboard.

• Visit Inari Holiday Village Inari: 1,3km from Sajos

AETC sales workshop 2025 venue Sajos:

The AETC sales workshop will be held in a special and unique venue: the Sámi Cultural Center Sajos. Meeting rooms and tables are located throughout the building. Students from the Sámi Education Institute, together with the AETC team, will guide you to different meeting rooms.

Parking is available outside Sajos. 

Sales meetings:
All meetings are 15 minutes long, with a 5-minute break in between. Your appointment schedules can be found on your personal page under My Agenda. AETC Team will be available to assist you if you have any questions.
FYI: we have green "I’m free to meet you" table signs available for suppliers who still have open time slots during the event. Meeting rooms and tables can be found here.

Dinners:

• Tuesday 2.9.2025 at 19.00 - 21.00. Get-together evening will be held outdoors at Visit Inari, Holiday Village Inari Address: Inarintie 26, 99870 Inari
  There will be tents for cover, but please make sure to take the weather into account.
• Wednesday 3.9.2025 at 19.30 - 22.00. Dinner will be held at Wilderness Hotel Inari Address: Inarintie 2, 99870 Inari
  The evening will feature Sámi rap artist Áilu Valle. Dress code: casual
• During both evenings, we will serve you welcome drinks, and additional drinks can be purchased from the bar. 

Lunches:

Lunches will be served both days at 12.00 in Wilderness Hotels Juutua (walking distance from Sajos) and Wilderness Hotel Inari (bus transportation). AETC staff and students will guide you to the correct location.
Both restaurants will serve the same lunch. If you have informed us of any dietary restrictions (other than lactose-free), please go to Wilderness Hotel Juutua for lunch.

Site visits:

• Siida – the Sámi Museum and Nature Center
  Guided tour in Siida: Wednesday 3.9 at 17:00–18:00.
  Siida was named the European Museum of the Year 2024 and received the Finnish Museum of the Year 2024 award.
  You may visit the Sámi Museum Siida during the Sales Workshop days by showing your name badge or your profile in Converve. Opening hours: 9.00 -18.00. 
  Siida is located within walking distance from Sajos (400 meters).

• New hotels in Saariselkä
  For those of you staying longer in Inari, you have the opportunity to visit the new Wilderness Hotels in Saariselkä (please note that the hotels are still under construction). The site visit will take place after lunch on Thursday, 4 September 2025.

• Those of you arriving on the morning flight from Helsinki on 2.9 at 09:55 will also have the opportunity to visit Saariselkä on your way from the airport. Make sure that you’ve updated your arrival information in Converve.

When registering as a participant, make sure you choose the correct participant category and agree to our privacy policy. Enter your company profile and personal data. In the networking profile, you describe your goals at the event and enter other networking relevant information in order to find the perfect networking match amongst participants.
