Bus transfers:
You’ll now find all transfer information here. We’ll arrange bus transportation within Inari from your hotel to the venue and to the dinners. If you’re joining Airport transfers, make sure to double check, that you’ve updated this information also in Converve, thank you!
Luggage:
You may bring your luggage with you to Sajos in the morning on Thursday.
Accommodation:
We’ve reserved your accommodation in Inari accordingly. You’ll find information about your accommodation in Converve under your personal dashboard.
AETC sales workshop 2025 venue Sajos:
The AETC sales workshop will be held in a special and unique venue: the Sámi Cultural Center Sajos. Meeting rooms and tables are located throughout the building. Students from the Sámi Education Institute, together with the AETC team, will guide you to different meeting rooms.

Parking is available outside Sajos.
Sales meetings:
All meetings are 15 minutes long, with a 5-minute break in between. Your appointment schedules can be found on your personal page under My Agenda. AETC Team will be available to assist you if you have any questions.
FYI: we have green "I’m free to meet you" table signs available for suppliers who still have open time slots during the event. Meeting rooms and tables can be found here.
Dinners:
Lunches:
Lunches will be served both days at 12.00 in Wilderness Hotels Juutua (walking distance from Sajos) and Wilderness Hotel Inari (bus transportation). AETC staff and students will guide you to the correct location.
Both restaurants will serve the same lunch. If you have informed us of any dietary restrictions (other than lactose-free), please go to Wilderness Hotel Juutua for lunch.

You may provide your feedback directly via the feedback forms, and you can also use the QR codes on table signs to send quick feedback on products in real time.

The event organizer makes it easy for you to connect with other participants at the event and schedule appointments. You can also integrate other elements of your agenda in your calendar. Below are instructions on how to build your personal schedule with interesting meeting partners and exciting content.

When registering as a participant, make sure you choose the correct participant category and agree to our privacy policy. Enter your company profile and personal data. In the networking profile, you describe your goals at the event and enter other networking relevant information in order to find the perfect networking match amongst participants.
After a successful registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and can immediately start networking with other participants and register for workshops, speakers or other event content.
Our matchmaking algorithm will provide suggestions of potential meeting partners for you. You also can use search features to filter exactly the type of participants you are looking for. Save potential matches to your favorites list. Request appointments and react to incoming requests, deciding whether you want to accept or reject them, helping you fill up your schedule.
You can also send and receive private messages, block timeslots and update your public profile. We offer all the tools you need to expand your business network during the event.


In the overview of the program you will find information about the event agenda, including content sessions, speakers, venue information and much more. In our platform, you can create your own personal programme of events.
Choose from workshops, keynote speeches and other event elements and create your agenda. Our platform can provide you with suggestions as to which content sessions might be of greatest relevance for you.
