Join us on a west-to-east journey through Arctic experiences, beginning in the vibrant coastal city of Luleå in Swedish Lapland. After exploring the city’s modern life and rich history with a visit to World heritage Gammelstad church town, we stay in the proximity to city centre at Scandic Luleå.
Next day we go to Harads, the home of both Arctic Bath and world-renowned Treehotel, where design meets nature in treetop rooms suspended in the forest canopy.
Our journey continues north to Jokkmokk, the heart of Sámi culture in Sweden. Here, we visit Ájtte – Swedish Mountain and Sámi Museum and meet the team behind the immersive nature accommodation Peace & Quiet Hotel. After a cultural deep-dive, we head to Arctic River Lodge in Tärendö for a cozy cabin stay and dinner followed by a husky walk and traditional bread baking the next morning – a warm and personal Arctic experience.
Crossing into Finnish Lapland, we head to Ylläs, a paradise for nature lovers and home to the scenic Ylläs gondola, offering unforgettable panoramic views. We eat dinner and spend the night at Lapland Hotels Saaga, nestled right by the slopes and trails.
The next day includes a visit to the Yllästunturi Visitor Centre Kellokas, a gateway to the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, followed by lunch and a short transfer to Levi, one of Finland’s most popular year-round destinations. We explore Elves Village with dinner at Tonttula restaurant and overnight at Hotel Hullu Poro.
Our final morning includes site inspections of hotels in Levi before we continue toward the Sámi heartland of Inari and the Sales Workshop.

Join us to craft your way through Swedish and Finnish Lapland! This tour gives you a new, innovative perspective on tour planning – instead of vertical, traditional south-to-north route we are making our way west to east.
We begin from a buzzling city of Luleå with 80 000 inhabitants and learn about the roots of this city and how people have settled there. We spend the evening in World Heritage Gammelstad Church Town and the open-air museum Hägnan hearing about the history of the area, baking our own bread and having dinner. The second day we head towards Haparanda to visit Kukkolaforsen and learn about the riverculture in the border of Finland and Sweden. After crossing the border, we will overnight in Kemi, Finland in the adorable Seaside Villas.
After exploring the Kemi 365 experience and Sampo the ice-beaker in the morning the road takes us from Kemi towards Posio, the pottery art and ceramics capital of Finland. Here, in a small village with less than 3000 inhabitants, we will enjoy the cultural aspects of having a ceramics lesson and visiting the cultural centre, gallery/museum and factory outlet of Pentik.
From Posio we drive to middle of nowhere – or this is how they express it themselves in the small municipality of Salla. Having not only a wonderful ski resort during winter, they also offer enjoyable autumnal experiences for visitors. A true cabin night in Finland is waiting for you here in Salla!
Finally, we start driving towards Inari. Along the way we will have a break in Luosto to have lunch and seeing the Lapland Hotel Luostotunturi. As we continue, we pass the town of Sodankylä with a cultural stop and have the final stretch to Inari, where our networking dinner and rest of the participants await us.

Join us on this north and eastbound journey starting in Northern Norway and continuing toward Finnish Lapland, where the wild Arctic Coast meetings the Sami heritage and raw natural beauty.
We begin in Alta, a gateway to the Finnmark wilderness. Here, we explore the Northern Lights Cathedra and Alta Museum, offering insights into Arctic living, past and present. A lunch stop at Trasti & Trine, famous for its seasonal cuisine, and coffee at the stunning Bjørnfjell Lodge, gives us a perfect taste of Alta’s hospitality before we continue north.
Next, we journey to Honningsvåg, where we venture into the surrounding landscapes on an ATV safari and enjoy dinner in the peaceful setting of Sarnes, just a short drive from the North Cape.
The following morning takes us to the iconic North Cape plateau before boarding the Havila coastal ship for a short voyage to Kjøllefjord, passing dramatic Arctic shores and fishing communities. From Kjøllefjord, we continue east with a visit to the Coastal Culture Center, where local tastes and stories offer a glimpse into life on the Nordkyn Peninsula. Along the way, we stop at a Sámi cultural site to learn more about the region’s Indigenous heritage.
Our last stop in Norway is Kirkenes, close to the Russian border and home to the iconic Snowhotel. Here, we take part in a King Crab experience before crossing into Finnish Lapland. The journey concludes in Inari, the cultural heart of the Sámi in Finland, where the rest of the workshop participants await.
